[Debian-science-sagemath] Sagemath 8.1 released

sagemath 8.1 is now in unstable. You can upload sollya and gap-float, just make sure they depend on fplll 5.2 to make sure they don't get built with the old one. (Or wait until fplll is updated on all architectures including kfreebsd.)
