It appears that the tests passed at building time, but failed once externalized as in the CI jobs.
I noticed it for the last package 1.6.4+ds-1 (uploaded to experimental):
I had no time to dig the issue then because I preferred to migrate from Jessie to Stretch;
nevertheless I arranged to hard the CI tests.
Some FAILED are present for the current Sid/unstable package:

I may have more valuable information when I will package the last cysigneals release.
