[Debian-science-sagemath] Sage 8.0

Hi,

I uploaded cypari2, cython with the two patches that Jeroen mentioned
and pynac 0.7.8 to deb-sci-sage.

I'm building sage right now and it is currently in the docbuild. I'm
still using fplll 5.0.3 because I don't know if it has to be updated
together with fpylll which is the only update that is still missing.
