[Debian-science-sagemath] cysygnal: python3: s/c/tests.pyx

Hello All,

I am bringing Python3 support for the cysignals package.
It appears that the src/cysignals/tests.pyx fail with Python3.5.
Unfortunately, I have not yet succeeded to isolate further.
Any hint is welcome.
