Hi Doug,

I was about to sponsor, but then I noticed that fflas-ffpack is again being built with cpu extensions that are not allowed in Debian:

SSE3 enabled
SSSE3 enabled
SSE4.1 enabled
SSE4.2 enabled
AVX enabled
AVX2 enabled
FMA3 enabled

(Not sure now which SSE's are allowed.) Please disable this.
