[Debian-science-sagemath] sagemath depends on python 2 version of matplotlib (which was removed from unstable)

I still see it at: https://packages.debian.org/unstable/python/python-matplotlib

python-matplotlib is at version 2.2.3, while python3-matplotlib is at
version 3.0.2.  So I guess it's been taken care of?

Sagemath still uses Python 2 and I don't think there is any chance to change that before the buster freeze. Hence I think the only way forward is to upload matplotlib 2.2.3 as a separate source package to provide the Python 2 package python-matplotlib.
