[Debian-science-sagemath] fpylll 0.3.0: Python 3: issues

Hi,

given that it fails on the 32 bit architectures and this:

OverflowError: Python int too large to convert to C long

It might be an upstream bug. I would report it. cypari2 also has a test that fails on all 32 bit architectures. Maybe these programs are not regularly tested on 32 bit?
