[Debian-science-sagemath] Upgrade Cython in Debian / sage 8.2 status

Do you know the Wiki page? Not sure what you want to do, patch networkx and see if it fixes problems with sagemath?

In that case you would take the networkx packaging git repo (link on the tracker page https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/python-networkx ), do your changes, build and install the networkx package and see if it helps.
