[Debian-science-sagemath] Timeouts caused by jmol on mipsel and mips64el

I just saw that not all of the tests that are timing out are declared as long. I could need some help debugging this.
Maybe unrelated, I also noticed that libjmol-java depends on icedtea-netx-common, which is not built anymore in unstable by icedtea-web. So jmol needs to be rebuilt.
