[Debian-science-sagemath] Sage 8.3 in unstable and status

Hi,

I uploaded the new versions of fplll, fpylll, pynac, flint-arb and sagemath 8.3 to unstable yesterday.

For this version there are still some things to clean up:

- Jerome, you can upload the new sollya and gap-float versions for the new fplll.
- fflas-ffpack has two RC bugs and FTBFS on mips, preventing testing migration of sage.
- There is a special test failure that causes tests to be rerun in sage on all architectures. Does this look familiar to anyone?

sage -t --long src/sage/matrix/matrix_double_dense.pyx # Testing error: no result

We are also already at beta6 of sage 8.4. There are not that many updated dependencies yet:
brial, cysignals, ipython, ipywidgets, jupyter-notebook, sagenb would all be nice to have, but we don't need to wait for all of them to work on sage 8.4. There are also two new standard packages that we need: libbraiding and libhomfly.

Best,
Tobias
