[Debian-science-sagemath] sagetex FTBFS: RuntimeError: MAXIMA_USERDIR and MPLCONFIGDIR must be set within nonexistent HOME environment

Hello,

it appears that both MAXIMA_USERDIR and MPLCONFIGDIR do not take into account the environment variable DOT_SAGE .

For now, MAXIMA_USERDIR and MPLCONFIGDIR are set at building time (for testing purposes).
Note MAXIMA_USERDIR that must be set with an absolute path, while MPLCONFIGDIR and DOT_SAGE accept path relative
to the working directory.
