[Debian-science-sagemath] nbconvert 5.4 breaks nbsphinx

Hello List !

It appears the nbconvert 5.4 has known bug which is fixed upstream that break nbsphinx.
It would be nice if the patch can be applied. To fix this issue first. But also
to bring back Python 2 support to nbsphinx at least for buster. The last version of nbsphinx (0.4.1)
no more supports Python 2, so I have to bring back nbsphinx 0.3.5 before the freeze.
