[Debian-science-sagemath] Sage 9.1 doesn't build as root

Hi,

ok, like this I can finally reproduce it. Never had this problem because I am always building with

$ cd sagemath
$ dpkg-buildpackage -S -d
$ cd ..
$ sbuild sagemath*.dsc

Looks like my way works because this way the source package is built without root.
