[Debian-science-sagemath] Getting sagemath back into testing

The openblas segfault was also fixed upstream now.

Last time I checked, 3D plots with three.js did not work. This might be caused by our outdated three.js version.

And three of the patches in sagemath and many of the failing doctests are due to our ancient ipywidgets version...
