[Debian-science-sagemath] Updating sage to 9.2 and segfault with giac 1.6

Hi,

since sage 9.2.beta12 finally supports python 3.8 I just pushed a large update to the sagemath package to git. I am in the process of cleaning up the package, removing many unneeded patches and making use of the upstream configure script.

The major issue at the moment is a segfault that seems to be caused by giac 1.6, see
