[Debian-science-sagemath] using Debian Singular in latest Sage beta ?

there are no *.hlp files in /usr/share/doc/singular at all:

root at 81be64be03b7:/sage# ls /usr/share/doc/singular
changelog.Debian.gz  copyright  html

Also, /usr/share/doc/singular/html/ consists of broken links to *.png
files, and not *.html at all.
