[Debian-science-sagemath] using Debian Singular in latest Sage beta ?

# dpkg -i singular-doc_4.2.1-p3+ds-1_all.deb

So somehow this file does not get installed by dpkg.
Actually, all the files, except broken links, are not installed and
reported as missing by dpkg -V
# dpkg -V singular-doc | wc -l
4171

How can this happen?
