[Debian-science-sagemath] Cython in Sagemath on Debian

Hi

In Debian 11 Bullseye with sagemath 9.2

https://sagecell.sagemath.org/?q=lrgkbk

(or any %%cython cell)

fails with PackageNotFoundError: linbox

Removing %%cythion, or installing liblinbox-dev this starts to work.
Perhaps liblinbox-dev needs to be a suggests or recommends on some
sagemath{-common,-jupyter} package.
