[Debian-science-sagemath] python3-brial: does it really depends on sage material ?

As upstream maintainer of brial, I am surprised you still have a 
python3-brial package.
The python bits, inside the brial tarball, are still there because I was 
planing to remove them in a 1.3 release which is not currently 
happening. 1.2.10 and 1.2.11 happened instead.
But essentially, those python bits that were useful to sage have now 
been merged inside sage. python3-brial should just be given the last rites.
