[Debian-science-sagemath] unblocking ecl and its consumers?

Dear all,

for what's worth, I asked codex to produce upgrades to ecl and its
consumers in debian, to unblock maxima issues.
Please see
https://github.com/dimpase/sagemath-debian/tree/update/ecl-26.5.5
for the results, which appears to pass various testsuites etc.
