So to decide what libfplll version to upload to unstable, we first need
to decide if we want to package Sage 7.3 or 7.4. My last mail was
assuming we go for Sage 7.3. If we go for 7.4, we have to check if there
are more transitions required. When do we know what versions will be in
Sage 7.4? Can there be version updates until the final release? How long
does it usually take from a beta6 to release?

Regarding ipython, the versions are:

unstable:     4.1
experimental: 5.1.0
sage-7.3:     4.2.1
sage-7.4:     5.0.0

I don't know if version 4.1 is enough for Sage 7.3 and if it works with
Jupyter etc. ipython 4.1 has the following reverse dependencies in
Debian unstable:
