I believe you are missing the patch from sage to sympy related
to this commit
https://github.com/sagemath/sage/commit/12cdb58d7a02391224477d0d99312be8fc03f678
Note that the patch should only affect the use of sage. I think 
it has been merged in upstream simps but that needs to be checked.
