[Debian-science-sagemath] Pynac 0.7.0 is out -- with a soname bump

Hi,

pynac released version 0.7.0 ; that makes us go from libpynac2 to 
libpynac8, which is a soname bump (in fact I'm surprised it went up that 
much).

I know we're out of the library transition window, but since nothing 
depends on pynac yet, I think uploading it wouldn't be a problem. Quite 
the contrary in fact : that would make a more recent version available 
in stable to base new packages on.

Can you confirm?
