[Debian-science-sagemath] dependency: linbox: fails tests on amd64

Hi,

I'm not working on it at the moment. The only thing I tried so far was
setting the optimization from -O2 to -O0. It didn't make a difference. I
tried this because I noticed that the upstream default for the tests was
changed from -O0 to -O2 between 1.3.2 and 1.4.2.

I also tried building fflas-ffpack on armel without optimization. There
turning off optimization seemed to help. But these test failures seem to
be a bit random anyway...
