[Debian-science-sagemath] flint FTBFS on mips and mipsel

Hi,

flint does not migrate to testing because it doesn't build on mips and
mipsel. This seems to be caused by building with PIE. the package is
marked to be autoremoved from testing on November 27.

It is now built with PIE because that is now default on amd64, ppc64el
and s390x (see #835148). However it is not default on mips and mipsel,
so there is no reason not to build again without PIE on these
architectures to fix this problem, right?
