[Debian-science-sagemath] flint FTBFS on mips and mipsel

PIE can be disabled by setting on these architectures

export DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS = hardening=-pie

I'm not sure it is caused by PIE, but it started failing with version
2.5.2-10 and the only relevant change in that version seems to be the
change to PIE.
