Bill won't apply this patch to the pari package. He suggested to
increase the pari stack size in advance to avoid getting the warnings.
Where could I do this so that it affects all tests?
I guess I could set it to 32 or 64 MB to get rid of most warnings and
then handle the remaining ones individually. Certain tests using lcalc
increase the size immediately to 10^9 bytes. Is lcalcs default 5*10^8
and that gets doubled?
