[Debian-science-sagemath] Testing installed sagemath (and jmol)

I thought I added a debian-specific patch to do this already in /usr/bin/sage. Perhaps it got lost or made ineffective with the Sage 7.4 upgrade.

There is also https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/21732 which we need to work around - I documented it already in README.Debian. I'm not sure atm if it's related to the other things you described, though.
