[Debian-science-sagemath] Giac/Xcas ready for upload

Looks like not-installed cannot handle the wildcard:

dh_install --fail-missing
dh_install: usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgiac.la exists in debian/tmp but
is not installed to anywhere
dh_install: missing files, aborting

Also, don't you want to add Multi-Arch fields to debian/control?
