OK I've uploaded r80, updated sagemath with the local-threejs patches from trac, built and uploaded this to sid-sage.

It works well in Firefox, I couldn't get it to work in Chromium but that's an issue with my GPU, I updated the jsmol-disabled notice to mention these things.

Then, I think the only "real" failures we have are:

2 src/sage/interfaces/singular.py
  not yet investigated

1 src/sage/libs/pynac/pynac.pxd
1 src/sage/misc/cython.py
gcc failure, I think we can tweak cython() as I described in #22442

1 src/sage/numerical/backends/glpk_backend.pyx
1 src/sage/plot/plot.py
not sure what these are about, perhaps not worth fixing

and most of the rest is covered by the GAP 4.8.6 doctest fixes https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/20914 which I think we don't need to bother backporting since we'll get them for free in 7.6 anyways.
