[Secure-testing-commits] Commit mailing list renamed during alioth lists migration

Hi subscribers of the former secure-testing-commits mailinglist.

While migrating the secure-testing-commits mailinglist for the alioth
lists migration the admins agreed to decouple it from the name
secure-testing and moved to the list debian-security-tracker-commits
list. All subscribers have been migrated, but you might need to adjust
your mail filters accordingly.

I'm currently double-checking the security-tracker itself.
