fix typo regarding EFAIL note

I confirmed with Corsac that implementations *can* prevent
exploitation and that's generally the approach taken (e.g. by kde and
gnome).

mark kdepim no-dsa as stretch

Double-checked: kdepim/kmail does not fetch remote resources by default.
