Update CVE-2019-10124 information

The isuse was found to actually not be a real vulnerability in linux, as
only the global root user can trigger the issue. As such MITRE agreed on
rejecting the issue and next feed update will mark it as REJECTEDed.

Remove already in advance now any attached information to the entry.
