Revert "CVE-2019-10222/ceph fixed via unstable upload"

This reverts commit f3ad22e9e4b68ddbb5770e734f95293f27f0faa3.

It looks that the respective update for now did not reach the archive
actually. Maybe there was an issue with uploading. As the version is not
anywhere, revert the commit and wait until maintainer re-uploads.
