Mark CVE-2019-16774 as unimportant

The affected code for CVE-2019-16774 in the embedded copy used by
kopano-webapp-plugin-files is not used. Upstream decided nevertheless to
patch it and update to a newer version.

Thanks: Carsten Schoenert
