Associate CVE-2020-12872 with erlang

This is not fully inline with the CVE assignment, but given src:yaws in
Debian uses what is provided by src:erlang, the assignment might
actually be wrong. An update has been requested to MITRE, furthermore
upstream is thinkering on what do do on yaws side, cf.
