CVE-2019-10902: Correct statement about vunerable versions in Debian

As Adrian pointed out the situation was even different as stated in
7243d4a30f25 ("Slightly update information for CVE-2019-10902").

3.0.0-1~exp0 and 3.0.2-1~exp0 entered even experimental in one go so
even no experimental version was affected by the issue.

Thanks: Adrian Bunk
