CVE-2021-33198/golang: revert unimportant

Initial analysis was impeded by a typo in the bug URL (#45910 -> #44910), cf.

Confirmed by upstream announcement:
  https://groups.google.com/g/golang-announce/c/RgCMkAEQjSI
  The SetString and UnmarshalText methods of math/big.Rat may cause a panic or an unrecoverable fatal error if passed inputs with very large exponents.
  This is issue #45910 and CVE-2021-33198.

This is not a documentation issue in a crypto module, but a crash in a math module.
