Revert "Update otrs2 6.1.2-1 (bug #993846)"

This reverts commit c463a84270ebf7e3d211b731ef2b04585bb5ce78.

Unfortunately the clear status for znuny is not clear, some
clarification was tried to attempt at
https://github.com/znuny/Znuny/issues/128 but not yet with a clearup.

In future hoefully znuny source is really used as source name and we can
do the

- znuny <unfied>

where it affects znuny for sure, and otherwise just track otrs2 as
removed in unstable.

Followup commit will add the https://github.com/znuny/Znuny/issues/128
reference to the specific CVEs.
