Drop uclibc-ng itp entries

In 1.0.20-1 in the src:uclibc:

	uclibc (1.0.20-1) unstable; urgency=medium

	  * New upstream release:
	    - Switch to uClibc-ng source codebase.
	    - Old uClibc is no longer under development.
	[...]

So there won't likely be a differentiation anymore in future and an
additional src:uclibc-ng source.

Drop the two left itp'ed marked entries for uclibc-ng.
