Revert "Track as well libspreadsheet-parsexlsx-perl for CVE-2023-7101"

This reverts commit 5ce893b0028d3d509b182dc1ef3c1078b676e936.

Actually not. The fix needs to be in libspreadsheet-parseexcel-perl and
modules relying on it should are affected by the issue by it's impact
but not itself prone to CVE-2023-7101. So just track as originally done
ibspreadsheet-parseexcel-perl.
