Adjust version for CVE-2022-3643/linux to 6.1.4-1

6.0.12-1 contained only one part of the two-patches series to address
CVE-2022-3643.  Consider thus CVE-2022-3643 fixed only with both commits
applied, and so bump the version to 6.1.4-1.
