Adjust the fixing commit upstream for CVE-2022-26563/monit

The former commit hash was just the (current) master commit and the CVE
page as well mention
https://bitbucket.org/tildeslash/monit/commits/6ecaab1d375f33165fe98d06d92f36c949c0ea11
instead. The commit 6ecaab1d375f33165fe98d06d92f36c949c0ea11 as well
mentions the PAM authentication issue.
