Remove openjdk-8 from CVE-2023-22041 and CVE-2023-22044
The Oracle CPU says it affects 8u271-perf, but OpenJDK is not affected.
Presumably Oracle backported some HotSpot changes into -perf, so
remove the tracking for OpenJDK 8u.
