Revert "Track fixed version for CVE-2023-29827/node-ejs via unstable"
This reverts commit a3eaa583e7ce74f4860889c5e6a489b52214df3a.
The underlying issue remains unfixed and so retain the tracking. The
issue fixed in 3.1.10 got a separate CVE assigned: CVE-2024-33883.
