Track proposed update for pypy3 via bookworm-pu

Note for reviewers: We actually do not track all the mentioned CVEs for
pypy3 as well. This needs further investigation if the CVEs impact pypy3
and then might be re-triaged accordingly to track the unstable version
fixing the issue.

For now stick with the two known CVEs which are mapped for pypy3 and
which are included in the proposed update via bookworm-pu.
