auto-nfu: Add CNA based rule for Honor products
The scope reads as "Vulnerabilities in Honor products and services
unless covered by the scope of another CNA." which leaves still some
rooms for assignments to other products, but it seems unlikely so going
ahead to mark those as NFU. The current check results as well in:
Total CVEs from Honor: 45
Total CVEs from Honor with packages assigned: 0
