auto-nfu: Add CNA based rule for ASR Microelectronics products

The scope of the CNA is "ASR products only.". A quick analysis shows
that as well there are no CVEs covered by open source products assigned
by the CNA.

Total CVEs from ASR: 18
Total CVEs from ASR with packages assigned: 0
