auto-nfu: Add CNA based rule for Synology issues

The CNA has the "Synology issues only" scope and there were never any
package related assignments from this CNA. It should thus be safe to
mark them automatically as NFU.

Total CVEs from synology: 255
Total CVEs from synology with packages assigned: 0
