auto-nfu: Add CNA based rule for WatchGuard products
The scope is "Vulnerabilities in all WatchGuard products and products of
WatchGuard subsidiaries." so very specific to their products.
Additionally from the assigned CVEs we cover:
Total CVEs from WatchGuard: 13
Total CVEs from WatchGuard with packages assigned: 0
It is safe to mark those automatically as NFU.
